Transport Canada Sewage Regulations to Become Law! 

The legislation for the Sewage Regulations has now past parliament and will officially come into effect when it is Gazetted May 16, 2007.  The Government published a news release May 8, 2007 to this effect.
Best Practices in marines will soon to be enforced.
