*307(P) CANADA, WEST COAST - TRAFFIC SEPARATION SCHEMES - STRAIT OF GEORGIA.

3463 - Strait of Georgia, Southern Portion - New Edition - NAD 1983.

3481 - Approaches to Vancouver Harbour- New Edition - NAD 1983

3526 - Howe Sound - New Edition - NAD 1983

a) The establishment of a new precautionary area off of the south entrance to the Fraser River,

b) Removal of the traffic separation scheme north-west of Point Grey, and the reconfiguration of the surrounding precautionary areas,

c) Reconfiguration of the traffic separation scheme off of Sturgeon Bank to align with the precautionary areas.

d) The reconfiguration of the precautionary area in the Strait of Georgia off of Deltaport and Tsawassen Ferry Terminal,

e) The re-alignment of the existing north-west arm of the separation scheme in the approaches to Puget Sound to align with the new routeing measures in Haro Strait.

Advance copies of the new editions of the relevant charts will be available April 01, 2005; mariners should ensure that the latest up-to-date editions are on board as of the change-over date. These advance copies will be identified by a special designation, -A following the chart number.
