BURNABY SQUADRON'S
COMMUNITY CRUISE - 2007 |
Once again
Burnaby Squadron hosted Burnaby Citizens Support
Services to a day on the water, with the Brain
Injury Group declining due to inclement weather.
Even though it rained, we all enjoyed the expanded
route (North to the power generating plants) back
through Twin Islands, with the Bossy Lady again
supplying the community anchor for all five
vessels. After lunch of sandwiches, we headed back
to Reed Point Marina to complete our six hour day,
which was enjoyed by all. Thanks go to the Marina
for the free parking passes and use of the loading
dock. A very nice thank you note was received from
the seniors group.
Dave
Holbrook, Cruise Master.
